  1. Location: Behind Mail boxes between Lots 38 and 39. BOD Request: Century 21 to have the light replaced / repaired as it no longer works.

  2. Location: At corner of Duckbill Lane and Mallards Landing Drive between Section 1 Lot 1 and Section 2 Lot 57, on Section 2 property. BOD Request: Section 1 has been paying this electric bill for 17 years. Since the light is on Section 2, Century 21 should contact the HOA Management company of Section 2 to start paying for the electricity, or it should be removed.

  3. Location: At corner of Potomac Drive and Combs Drive by the new CSC building. BOD Request: Century 21 to have the lamp post at this location removed.
