Nonconforming Alteration 25.07.03 • Purpose • To keep track of nonconformities in the City • To allow review of those nonconformities that have expired • Projects reviewed by: • Chief of Planning (small changes / changes still in compliance) • Planning Commission (larger changes / original have expired)

  26. Article 18 - Enforcement • Policy • Immediate: Municipal Infraction • Next: Notice of Violation with possibility of abatement • Severe Cases: • Stop Work Order • Suspension and Revocation of Zoning Approval • Withholding of Other Approvals
