  2. What does the torch represent? • The torch represent the start of the Olympic games.

  3. Where is the Olympic torch starting? • It started in Olympia Greece and traveled to Victoria. • The Torch will travel across Canada.

  4. How far will the Olympic Torch travel? The torch will also pass through former Olympic host cities Calgary and Montreal. It will travel 1,000 kilometres by water, 18,000 kilometres by air and 26,000 kilometres on land. • …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

  5. Where will the torch be lit? • It will eventually end up in Vancouver in February 2010 and be lit in the Olympic Cauldron during the opening ceremony.

  6. Who are the mascot? The Olympic mascot are QUATCHI MIGA and SUMI they will be at the Ceremony when the torch gets LIT IN VANCOUVER.
