  1. Different Types of Plyboard and Its Uses Plyboard simply referred to as plywood is a type of wood that is actually manmade but technically it is not natural wood, it is engineered wood. Plywood is manufactured by stacking 3 or more wood boards together with some adhesives. Plywood is available in a wide variety in the Indian market depending on its use one go with its purchase. Different plywood manufacturers in India are offering a variety of plywoods that can fulfill every need and requirement. Here are the types of Ply generally used in the market. Plyboards or plywoods are categorized mainly based on thickness which is called plywood grade. ●3-Ply In 3-ply, 3 layers of veneers are joined together with some adhesive. They can be used for a wide range of applications. Being thin in shape, these are widely used in interior decor. ●5-Ply 5 layers of veneers are used to manufactured 5-ply. These are less durable so widely used for exterior decors. ●Multi-Ply It comprises 7 or more layers of veneers. it is mostly used for exterior and roofing.
