  2. The Brew Shop has traded continually at the same address for over 30 years making us the oldest Homebrew Retailer in Australia by far. We have been and are the choice of many Craft Brewers and Home Brewers over the last 30 years.

  3. ESB Master Distillers Essences - Foamcut Defoamer ESB Master Distillers Foamcut Defoaming Agent 50mL Master Distillers conditioner prevents surging and column flooding. Add 10ml (one capful) from the bottle directly into the boiler with each batch. Distilling conditioner is an anti foaQming product, made of silicones and is suitable for human consumption. This reduces the chance of foaming in the boiler and promotes optimum distillation conditions. The wash can froth when boiling (this may be due to the presence of residual sugar not entirely fermented, or a wash not cleared).

  4. ESB Master Distillers Essences - Pappy 23 Pappy Van Winkle Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a rare and very expensive Whiskey.  It’s lightly spicy almost sweet, with a bit of heat and the aged oak wood ads a well-rounded flavour.  There's also nice fruits here with whiffs of toasted vanilla. Our ESB Master Distillers Kentucky Pappy Essence recreates some of the same rich complex Bourbon flavour that is out of reach for most of us.

Classic 8 Turbo Pack • This pack contain the following products: • Still Spirits Turbo Carbon: for use during fermentation to removes impurities not taken out by post distillation filtration. • Still Spirits Classic 8 Turbo Yeast: it's fast, capable of fermenting 6kg of sugar in 36 hours.  • Still Spirits Turbo Clean: is added directly into your turbo wash and within 24 hours removes over 95% of the yeast cells, solids and other compounds from the wash.

ESB Master Distillers Essences - Single Malt Whiskey Glenfiddich 12-year Single Malt is prestigious single malt whisky, a signature single malt which offers a distinctive fresh and fruity nose with a hint of pear on the palate, butterscotch, cream, malt and a subtle oak thanks to its long maturation in Oloroso sherry and bourbon oak casks. Our Master Distillers Single Malt Scotch Whisky essences replicates Just the perfect amount of flavour to further enhance those honey and spice notes that give way to a long, gentle 

  7. Samuel Willards Butterscotch Schnapps Premix Samuel Willards Butterscotch Schnapps Premix : Brown sugar, butter, cream and hints of vanilla bean. This liqueur version is really nice over ice or as a cocktail, you could try mixing a “Dirty Butt”, use equal parts of Irish cream , Butterscotch Schnapps & Southern Comfort. Samuel Willard’s Butterscotch Schnapps premixed base produces 1125 mL of spirit from each 375 mL bottle.
