  2. What is branding? What it’s not? • What happens when you got a brand? • Is your brand working for you or against you? • How do you build a brand that exudes? • How much do you believe in your brand?

  3. What is branding? What it’s not? • A brand is not the logo, it's not your product, it's not your color scheme, or your website, or your mission statement, or any of that stuff. • Branding is your Reputation • Everything we do is branding

  4. What is branding? What it’s not? • Your logo and the design, your messaging and your image, these stuff does matter, because your brand is these thousand little things all adding up together. • These are all important but that's not what your brand is. • It‘s what people think about you, and what your reputation is, that is what matters.

  5. Is your brand working for you or against you? • Your brand is always working no matter whether it’s good or bad • It’s a matter of knowing your buyers

  6. Knowing your Buyers • Price Buyers – customers that are forced to go for price because of limited budget • Value Buyers – customers who will pay more for their peace of mind and satisfaction • Group of buyers that goes in between – people who are made up of price buyers and value buyers

  7. The sad truth…. • As a business owner if price is the only reason you're different, then your business model is screwed. Because there's always going to be somebody willing to do it cheaper and go out of business quicker than you. If you sell something for $10, someone's going to come along and sell it for 7.

  8. What happens when you got a brand? • When you have a really good brand, you magnetize or you attract value buyers rather than price buyers • Most business owners are quality oriented. They go and buy things with quality.

  9. How do you build a brand that exudes? • Make sure your business last • We get what we pay for • We have to show the people the value we have • Price is the only issue in the absence of value • If you win them on price you'll lose them on price. 

  10. How do you build a brand that exudes? • Experience is the best part of the brand Customer experience and customer service should be exciting • Providing just a little more of these experience wows people. • It's where the biggest opportunity to create those customers for life.

  11. How do you build a brand that exudes? • First and foremost is you got to believe in your brand. Be fired up. If you don’t no one else will. • Do the things your competitors are not willing to do. • Make a list of everything that your competition does not do and then you do that.

  12. How do you market your business? Marketing tips • Having a mindset of being the best you should be to your most ideal client. • You've got to believe in what you're doing vehemently, aggressively, assertively. • Showing people that why you are different is a benefit.

  13. Good marketing tips • Take a look at what clients you've got • Know what level they are • Figuring out what are the commonalities • Where are they at these different processes • Know the key to good sales

  14. What is the key to good sales? • Asking a lot of questions is the key to good sale • What kind of questions do people ask. • What's our most frequently asked questions. • Don’t be afraid to ask questions. • Hammer them with questions.
