  1. Custom rubber moulding is a complex process for which a number of methods are used. Rubber Moulding And Rubber Part Fabrication Rubber moulding is a very useful technology that every industry makes use of knowingly or unknowingly, directly or indirectly. Rubber is the most widely used material, and products made of which find application in almost every residential or industrial application. Moulding is the process of making useful parts out of rubber, thus the technology is of great importance for all of us. There are various steps involved in the moulding process – plastic processing, mixing, extrusion, molding and curing. In order to make useful rubber products, various pieces of rubber may be required to be joined. In order to do so, raw rubber must be treated first to increase the plasticity. This process is followed after mastication. Then, carbon black and various other chemicals and materials are mixed to make synthetic rubber. It forms like dough which is moulded in the desired shape. Three technologies are generally used to fabricate rubber products: Compression Molding Compression Molding This is the most widely used method with cost-effective features. The method is best used for low to medium production capabilities for larger parts where flawless finish and tight tolerance is of least use. In this process, preheated material is compressed into a mold using a press. The mold is filled completely until cured. Using this method has many benefits:      Lesser knit lines Ensures rapid production Capable of making highly intricate products Can handle high durometer materials Tooling cost is low

  2. Rubber Injection Molding Rubber Injection Molding Another method used by R Rubber Molding Companies a highly economical method of making rubber parts. This method is works great when you need high-production rate for small size products of tight tolerance but little or no finishing. However, the method is highly precise because the injection process has a control on temperature and pressure conditions, as well as the speed at which the material makes into the mold. ubber Molding Companies is rubber injection molding. A number of companies rely on this method to produce products of high complexity and tight tolerance. The method is also preferred for offering high production rate and better finish. Although transfer molding is costly, overall production cost is slightly less.
