  2. Overview: In the process of connecting the shipper with the carrier, freight brokers face numerous challenges. They have to find ways to overcome these issues to keep their business afloat. And they also have to do the same swiftly to ensure the cargo reaches its destination as quickly as possible.

  3. Dealing with Transit Delays Mechanical breakdown, unavailability of personnel, construction work on the road, and bad weather can all prevent cargo from reaching the customer. The freight broker could rescue such situations by working with the shipper and the carrier.
