Hydraulic Systems Work with a Minimum Investment Electro-Hydraulic system Controls A range of Adjustable Piston-operated pressure switches, for general applications where an electrical signal is needed to indicate a given pressure condition in a hydraulic circuit. The pressure is set by rotating a graduated knob and can be locked by turning screw located on top of the unit. The micro switch of the unit is actuated by the operating plate of an adjustable loading spring. The spring load, pre-set as above, holds the operating plate against the switch until applied Hydraulics System on a small piston forces the operating plate away from the switch to change over the switch contacts. The switch will reset when the hydraulic pressure falls by a small differential. the display & programming units work exclusively in compiling to range of electronic pressure switches. By means of a pre-wired cable it lets planning and variation of 4 set of alarm with adjustable hysteresis available in pressure switches beside reading of operation pressure. For Low Pressure requirements, a wide range of variable delivery Vane Pumps are available in various flow ratings from 3 lpm to 120 lpm, with simple design specifically suitable for Machine Tool applications. Dynamic Controlled Pressure Regulating Valves These are unique dynamically controlled piston type pressure control-cum- relief valves which maintain a stabilized and constant preset pressure. These valves also protect the system against shocks and sudden increase of pressure, irrespective of pressure setting.
