SYSTEM OVERVIEW • Performs all major agenda functions for current, future, and archived meetings • Reduces paper (“Paper-light”) • Facilitates document attachments • Automates and controls the item approval process, and allows authorized external contributors • Locks items at a time certain • Assembles items by user-defined sequence • Allows post-meeting annotation, vote specification, and archiving with document lock
