Here is the Veg Kolhapuri recipe: INGREDIENTS 1 tbsp Oil & 2 tbsp Butter 3 Dry Red Chillies & 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves 1 tsp Garam Masala & 1 tbsp Cumin Powder 1 tbsp Coriander Powder & 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder Salt to Taste 1 cup Carrot & 1 cup Potatoes 1 cup French Beans & 1 cup Cauliflower Florets 150 gm Paneer & 1/2 cup Water For Puree 1 Tomato & 2 Onions 7-8 Garlic Cloves & 1/2 inch Ginger • • • • • • • • • • DIRECTIONS 1. Take Oil in a pan. Add some butter to it and let both of them heat up. 2. Create a tomato puree out of onion, tomato and ginger-garlic and add it to the pan. 3. Give it a stir and then add dry red chillies, garam masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt to taste. 4. Add vegetables like carrots, potatoes, french beans and cauliflower florets. 5. Put a cup of paneer in the pan along with some coriander leaves. 6. Mix it together and add some water to it. 7.
