Renewable energy is a type of energy that is generated from sources that are replenished naturally, such as solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, and biomass energy. Non- renewable energy, on the other hand, is derived from sources that are ?nite and cannot be replenished in a short period of time, such as coal, oil, and natural gas. What is Renewable Energy? Renewable energy is energy that is generated from natural resources that are replenished constantly, such as the sun, wind, water, and geothermal heat. Renewable energy is often considered to be the cleanest form of energy since it does not emit harmful pollutants or greenhouse gases that contribute to climate change. Some of the main types of renewable energy sources are: 1. Solar energy: Solar energy is generated by capturing the energy from the sun using solar panels or solar cells. This energy can be used to generate electricity, heat water, and power homes and businesses. 2. Wind energy: Wind energy is generated by using wind turbines to capture the kinetic energy of the wind and convert it into electricity. 3.
