  2. Everyone thinks that you have to avoid restaurants when you're trying to burn belly fat. Completely untrue! Unhealthy eating is an easy obstacle to overcome and you can avoid gaining weight if you eat frequently at restaurants all the time for business or pleasure. How easy is it? Very!
