In general, these 26 villages also considered as the low-density residential areas as well as the move come in wake of the tussle. DDA started to develop a Low density residential plots policy for the residents to enjoy all the basic civic amenities. Most importantly, NRIs as per government policy cannot acquire any farmland in Delhi as well as the earlier norms also suggest that the non-resident Indians cannot make investments on the farm or Agriculture Land.
