Activities such as writing of the job descriptions or the employee handbook can be done by the PEO while HR Managers may focus on the development of the HR Program. Thus, it’s when the PEO firm and the HR Managers work hand in hand, both administrative as well as compliance tasks are completed well in time along with the strategic projects.  Employment of the staff It is the myth that the PEO becomes employer of the company and employs the staff according to its wisdom. But in reality, the PEO works with the organisations on co-employment basis. It basically assists you in employment of the employees for your organization.   5. Lose the power of hiring and firing Only you and your company has the right to hire or fire any employee. However, with the assistance from the PEO specialists, you can make your employees know that they are doing the right things. For instance, the PEO trains the HR Managers of the organization on the progressive discipline to be followed while dealing with the employees. They are made aware on how document discussions should be done with the employees.  Employees will not accept this change The past has never experienced a scenario where the employees left because their company entered into a relationship with the PEO firm. However, the employees are always benefitted with their organization hiring PEO services in the form of health insurance and retirement benefit.
