Timeline (part 1/5) • 1952 (April 17) – Plat of Crestview Section 8, developed by Austin Development Company, approved by the City of Austin • 1952 (April 23) – Two lots at 1500 and 1502 Aggie Lane sold to Evangelical Free Church of Kimbro • 1952 – Building Permit for “masonry church building” approved, and building constructed by Ev. Free Church of Kimbro

  5. Evangelical Free Church of Kimbro (now in Elgin)

  6. Timeline (part 2/5) • 1953 – First meeting of Crestview Evangelical Free Church (CEFC) • 1954 – Lot at 1504 Aggie Lane (parsonage site) purchased by CEFC • 1955 – Parsonage constructed by CEFC • (uncertain year) – Educational Annex (west end of church building) constructed by CEFC

  8. Timeline (part 3/5) • 1969 – Crestview Evangelical Free Church sold property to San Marcos Civic Association • 1969-1973 – Property served as campus for the Athena Montessori School • 1974 – Austin Bible Church begins meeting at site

  10. Timeline (part 4/5) • 1975 (March 13) – Austin Bible Church purchased the property • c.1977-1980 – Austin Bible Church operated Christian Heritage Academy at the site • 1997 (Spring) – Austin Bible Church closed Woodrow entrance; reversed auditorium seating to current (2009) configuration

Timeline (part 5/5) • 2008 (May 4) – Live Oak Community Church held first Sunday meeting at the property • 2008 (May 28) – Live Oak Community Church purchased property from Austin Bible Church • 2008 – Live Oak Community Church changed its name to Liveoak Bible Church • 2009 (May 3) – Liveoak Bible Church celebrates completion of one year of ministry at the site; Austin Bible Church continues meeting through lease agreement
