Arizona Center for Science Teachers at Biosphere2 Resource and training center geared toward expanding the quality and retention of STEM teachers Mission is to enhance and strengthen the skills of Arizona STEM educators to effectively communicate STEM concepts to their students Teacher-driven and offers: Access to intensive summer programs Themed weekend coursework mentoring and ongoing classroom support Web site and portal with online resources universal support of faculty from all three Arizona universities Goal to directly impact 300 teachers in 3 years
