  1. To maintain the highest standards of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), coaches must pursue and fulfill demanding education and practice requirements. ICF CCEUs (Continued Coach Education Units) aid in the renewal of an ICF credential for a professional life coach. Every three years, the ICF requires its ACC (Associate Certified Coach) and PCC (Professional Certified Coach) to renew their credentials. The coaches are required to complete 40 CCE hours of advanced and supplemental coaching instruction via an ICF-recognized institute or a coach with the required credential and experience. ICF CCEUs provide advanced coach education that is directly related to or supplements the ICF Core Competencies. CCEUs provide supplemental and advanced education to the coaches desiring to acquire new learning and/or those who are renewing their ICF credentials. Powerhouse Coaching provides an ICF 32 hour CCEU coaching mastery program to ACC coaches who seek CCEUs for renewal, PCC coaches who seek CCEUs for renewal, or ACCs and PCCs who seek to reactivate their credentials and/or refresh their skills. ICF CCEUs are provided by Powerhouse Coaching with the aim to:

Master the two bookends of a coaching session Achieve PCC mentor coach level proficiency and coaching presence Improve listening, both internally and externally Understand the difference between ACC, PCC, and MCC Break old habits, and refresh ICF-aligned coaching skills      32-hour program for ICF CCEUs Powerhouse Coaching’s ICF 32-hour CCEU Coaching Mastery Program is specially designed for ACC and PCC coaches who are interested in up-leveling or refreshing their coaching competence. It provides coaches with ICF CCEUs that they can use to earn/renew their ACC or PCC credential. The 32-hour ICF CCEUs are divided into 18 Synchronous Hours which are delivered 100% online via Zoom, and 14 Asynchronous Hours, which include a combination of coaching, self-assessments, and journaling. Sessions are 90 minutes long for both synchronous hours and asynchronous hours. Synchronous hours include a combination of instructions, facilitated discussions, coaching practice, and live feedback, while during asynchronous hours, the students create a community and share their findings via the Online Classroom discussion forum. Peer coaching and constructive feedback 32 hours of ICF CCEUs are delivered over a period of 12 weeks, in which mentee coaches are taught to overcome common fears, address common challenges, ask better questions, build trust and safety, apply learning, peer coaching, and constructive feedback. The participants for ICF CCEUs should ideally be an ACC or PCC coach. At the very least, a minimum of 60 hours of coaching education from an ICF-accredited course is required. 10 hours group mentor coaching for ACC, PCC, and MCC Powerhouse Coaching also provides 10-hour group mentor coaching for ACC, PCC, and MCC, as per ICF’s approved format. The 10-hour group mentor coaching for ACC, PCC, and MCC is provided in small group sizes of not less than six participants, and not more than 10 participants, to help coaches benefit from the group synergy, while also ensuring individualized attention for everyone. The group mentor coaching is provided in five sessions of 90 minutes duration each, and two one-on-one sessions. The candidates focus on improving their coaching presence, crafting powerful questions, inviting the shift, and building exemplary coaching skills that reflect the ICF core competencies.
