  2. TOMA DE DATOS Recolectar los datos de Relevancia y que puedan presentar un impacto durante el servicio, Asignar un proveedor y confirmarlo nuevamente.

  3. TOMA DE DATOS IMPORTANCIA Adquirir la clave de titular o identificador único del afiliado. Determinar producto adquirido, beneficios, coberturas y exclusiones. Identificar la solicitud por parte del cliente Determinar que tipo de asistencia proporcionar y si esta se encuentra incluida dentro del plan.

PROCESO PARA LA TOMA DE DATOS IMPORTANCIA Toma de Datos Solicitar clave de titular (Numero de póliza, teléfono, identificación del vehículo, membresía) Datos de contacto (Nombre y apellido del contacto, teléfono) Saludo protocolar Ubicación de la asistencia Preguntas de descarte Descripción de lo ocurrido Despedida protocolar
