  2. What is the Mass? • The Bread of Life. “If anyone eats this bread he shall live forever”. • Mystery of faith: the words of consecration. • Mystery of love: trust in Him.

  3. Friendship When you approach the Tabernacle remember that he has been waiting for you for twenty centuries. St. Josemaria

  4. Where was the First Mass? In the Last Supper – He gave power to the Apostles to repeat his offering. TAKE THIS ALL OF YOU AND EAT IT, THIS IS MY BODY WHICH HAS BEEN GIVEN UP FOR YOU. Priests are men chosen by God to renew the offering of Christ. The words of consecration transforms the Bread and Wine into the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ.

  5. Transubstantiation There is a change ofsubstance (bread-body, wine-blood) but not of externals.

  6. Why should we go? • We were made for better things. • A God who keeps his promises. • Through Baptism, we are disciples of Christ.

  7. How to get the best out of Mass: • Know that you are receiving Jesus. • To be free of mortal sin. • To fast for an hour before Communion. • To give thanks after receiving Our Lord.

La eficacia del circulo se consigue: • Una vez concretado con Jesús en la oración cómo voy a luchar esa semana en lo que me han hablado • Hablar de mis propósitos y completarlos en la dirección espiritual para que me orienten bien. • Concretar un plan de vida que se adecue como un guante a la mano.

  10. Contenido: • Breves, prácticos y directos • Todos los temas son importantes (plano inclinado) • No se trata sólo de saber sino de: • ahondar en el amor y conocimiento de Dios • Vivir lo que se dice

  11. Por último, recordar... • La formación no termina nunca, siempre hay que conocer más y mejor a Dios. • Somos unas privilegiadas • Tenemos mucha responsabilidad • ¡¡Somos los brazos que tiene la Iglesia y el Opus Dei para llegar a mucha gente!!!
