  2. INTRODUZIONE • TCS was born in 1995. It has been founded by a group of experienced professionals in order to furnish engineering services, supervision and technical consultancy in the petrochemical field. TCS also furnishes consultancy in the plant design and in the construction of treatment plants, industrial and civil infrastructures. FIELDS: PLANT DESIGN ACTIVITY • Basic and detailed engineering with PDMS modelling • Engineering for the petrochemical, chemical and chemical / petrochemical field and engineering for the energetic production • Engineering for industrial and drinking water treatment including the developing of pipelines, supports, isometrics and relative material list • Skid machine development for gas and steam turbines and centrifugal compressors • Piping on machine board and interconnection piping with the development of foundation drawings, structural steel work, structures, machine basements, pipelines, supports, isometrics • Primary sector Gas & Petroleum, Fluids & Gas Transportation Systems, Fluids & Gas Storage System • Platforms & Offshore piping system • Civil & Industrial Infrastructures MECHANICAL ACTIVITY • Spray test modulable equipment ELECTRO-INSTRUMENTAL ACTIVITY • Electrical Connections and process connection for the instrumentation of gas turbines and centrifugal compressors • Material list, data sheet, Instrumentation list and certification • Control Panel Layout / Marshalling • Control Valves (CV), Control Safety Valves (CSV) and Flow Orifices (FE / FO) Calculation Sheets • Intrinsically Safe Loop

TCS can provide the following services: • MAIN PIPE PROJECT • Engineering activities provided by TCS include feasibility studies, basic and detailed projects, assistance and supervision during the realization of works of construction on main pipes and relative plants. • General plant Lay-Out • Development of pipeline maps on the base of P&ID. • Isometric of work. • Supports. • Materials list. • Stress Analysis. • WASTE MATERIAL INCINERATION PLANTS • TCS develops, also cooperating with other Companies, basic and detailed planning of plants aimed at the environment preservation by the use of the thermo-destruction of Urban Waste Material, by the energetic return and the treatment of smokes and ashes.

Modelling with PDMS : -piping; -civil, basements, basins, buildings; -pipe-rack, not standard supports; -equipments, pumps, filters; -extrapolation from the model: piping map / standard supports. • NUOVO PIGNONE (subcontract): skid machine development including pipelines for every kind of centrifugal compressor and both steam and gas turbines. • T.M.E. post water treatment plant for industrial use in Rosignano Solvay: proposed study piping map, drawing up of isometrics and supports. • T.M.E. thermo-destruction plant in Casal Borsetti (RA), in Granarolo (BO) and in Lecco. proposed study and drawing up of isometrics and supports. • T.M.E.: water treatment plant in Alon Tabor: Layout of piping and supports. • VATECH ESCHER WYSS (subcontract): Premadio II plant, hydroelectric plant in cave development pipelines map e drawing up isometrics proposed study of supports. • METANO IMPIANTI (subcontract): Compressing Skid gas basic and special study and development of pipelines, isometrics, foundations, MTO, steel work e metallic structures. • TERMOKIMIK (subcontract): plant water treatment with development of pipelines, isometrics, supports and relative material list. • ABB (subcontract) : Gas pipeline Pedro Duran Farell : development of pipelines map with relative isometrics and supports. • ABB (subcontract) :PDMS GPDF gas compression station in Algeria. • SAIPEM (subcontract): coupling plant of pipes castoro 2 : basic and special study and pipelines development.

PROCTER AND GAMBLE (subcontract): Realization of drawings for the expanding of plants, steel work and pipelines. • SAINT GOBAIN (subcontract): Building study for Naphtha burners. • MITSUBA (subcontract): Industrialization of magnetic flywheel for scooter Piaggio, starter, electronic ignition, high voltage coil, pick-up, product drawing, equipment, production cycle, working phase, flow-chart, check list. • SIEMENS AUTOMOTIVE: Equipment for modulable spray test. • BREDA: Building study and assembly drawings for railcars and bus. • SARPLAST: (Fibreglass ,GRP, Prfv,) pipelines map, isometrics building studies with material list to the side, pipe supports. • NUOVO PIGNONE - MODULO P34 PETROBRAS (PDMS) (subcontract): Modelling with PDMS of piping, equipment, main and service steel work.
