  2. Proceed with the following instructions on how to send an Email as an attachment. Step : 1 First, click the New Message option to open a new email message window. Step : 2 Now, click the paper clip icon from the menu item which says Attach a File. Step : 3 Next, browse through the computer folders and then click to choose the files that have to be attached. Step : 4 You can select any file by pressing the Ctrl key while simultaneously selecting each file. Step : 5 Now, click Open or the Choose file option to attach the file to the Email.
