  2. Introduction • Infrastructure development is a major concern for nations and governments. • The faster they develop infrastructure, the better equipped they become to cater to public demands. Traditional construction is cumbersome and slow. • It fails to meet the growing developmental needs of nations.

  3. Infrastructure development in UAE has been shifting from traditional to modular method to bridge the demand and supply gap in infrastructure development. This technology driven and process based system speeds up construction work in infrastructure development by up to 50% in comparison to traditional methods.
