Neu hinzugekommen ist die Empfehlung, Active Surveillance auch fu00fcr ausgewu00e4hlte Patienten mit lokal begrenztem Prostatakarzinom der ISUP-Gruppe 2 (Gleason Score 3 4=7a) und gu00fcnstigem Risikoprofil (weniger als 10% Gleason Grad 4, keine cribiformen oder intraduktalen Karzinomanteile) in Betracht zu ziehen.
