Singhal, joined the Group to provide a stint of youth and dynamism to the Group. He has played a key role in improvising the existing systems of the company by making them a lot easier and smoother and also adding up some new processes for better customer relations. Mr. Ashok Agarwal (Director) Being a Civil Engineer by qualification, Mr. Ashok Agarwal keeps a close and vigil track of the Construction and civil side of the Group, which is the very essence of any Real Estate Company. The Phase-I of the project started in the mid 2007 and the possession of all the 160 flats in a S+10 structure had been offered by the company in the 1st quarter of 2011. The Phase-II of KrishVatika consisting 244 flats was launched during the mid of 2011 and had offered possession by Nov.2013 in a record time of 22 Months. 6Star Rated Project By Crisil. Krish City I:The Group came out with its 2nd project, Krish City which was in the affordable segment. The project consisted of around 540 flats. The possessions of the same have already been offered.
