The daycare center where children spend the most hours of a day must be given meals that would suffice the hunger of the child and also check the growth of the body. Colorful and sweet food items are what attract the child which becomes the source of accumulation of extra fat in the body hence resulting in obesity. In the early years of childhood, the brain and other parts of the body need more nutrients, minerals, and energy for steady growth.
