INTRODUCTION Group therapy is a brilliant platform that allows participants to develop a new set of skills, learn about themselves, gain confidence with enough support and feedback from the others and leading therapists. The effective functioning of group therapy sessions with the proper achievement of all desired milestones happens with the caliber of a group therapist to lead and facilitate growth and changes within a group.
