Michelin-star trained chef Jevgenija Saromova has worked in top restaurants in Italy, France, and England before starting her journey to Woodstock, Vermont. Chef Jevgenija Saromova brings her globally inspired culinary talents with her to each and every dish. With only one chef working in one kitchen, each meal is prepared artfully and executed precisely as Chef Jevgenija Saromova envisions it.

Our six intimate second-floor rooms combine rustic New England charm with simple elegance.   4. THE LINCOLN INN AND RESTAURANT The Lincoln Restaurant offers one seating per night. Our menu is a 4 course gourmet prix fixe menu; the price as of January 1st is $65.00 per person not including drinks, gratuity and tax. Our summer and fall seating time begins at 7:00pm in the tavern for drinks and at 7:30 we go into the dining room. Our winter hours begin on November 1st. During our winter hours, we begin at 6:30pm in the tavern for drinks and move to the dining room at 7:00. Reservations are required. Please call in advance to book your table.
