Eating Together • Child eats when hungry • Child decides how much to eat • Adult decides what to eat - choices! • Older children eat with family • Younger children sit with family during meal • Eating problems start as parent problems • Don’t let happen once what you aren’t willing to have happen 100 times! • JCC boy story • Relax = enjoy your children and food!
