  1.  Basement  Maintenance Tips  It is important to maintain the basement of your house to avoid making it look dingy & grimy. Here we have listed certain ways to make it look clean & well maintained. Inspect gutters & downspouts to make sure that they are clean.  Check the floors and walls for any kind of water leakage. Since basement gets no exposure to natural light so consider adding lighting fixtures to brighten up everything. Use water resistant paint & also clean concrete walls  thoroughly before applying paint on them.
