  1. Star Market Promo codes and credits payment A promo code is a promotional offer extended to customers, such as a free delivery or a discount on your next order. If you receive a promo code, and would like to apply it to your next order, you’ll need to add it to your account first. Credits may be issued by Instacart Care when resolving order and delivery issues. If you were issued a credit by someone in Care, the credit will be automatically applied to your account. Promo codes, gift cards, and credits cannot be applied to alcohol items. Get a chance to win a $100 gift card and contribute to make the overall shopping experience at the local Star Market better, then you should take the Star Market Survey now. Add a promo code to your account In the app: •Tap your profile icon on the top left corner •Tap Add Promo •Tap Redeem •Enter the code and tap Redeem On a computer: •Once you’re logged in, click Account •From the menu, click Add promo code •Enter the code and click Redeem Once the promo code has been added your account, it will be automatically applied to your next order. All active promos or credit in your account You can always check if you have Instacart credit, promo or free delivery for a future order by visiting the Promo Codes section of your account. In the app: •Tap the Account icon •Tap Add Promo •Applied credits and promo codes will be listed on this screen On a computer: •At the top right, click Account •Click Your Account •Click Promo Codes on the left •You’ll see any coupons you have listed under AVAILABLE CREDIT/DISCOUNT
