In my photography project, I explored various artistic techniques and compositions, focusing on nature. Each piece represents a unique concept: the dandelion illustrates the rule of thirds through its off-center placement. The extreme close-up of a wheelbarrow wheel captures intricate details. A simple tree signifies simplicity, while the blue bonnet demonstrates balance. Framing is showcased with fire surrounded by walls, and black and white photography is exemplified through an apple image. This series highlights color, line, and effective editing techniques, emphasizing the beauty of outdoor scenes.

  2. Dandelion This dandelion represents rule-of-thirds because it is off center, and to the right. Rule-of-thirds

  3. Wheel Barrow wheel Extreme close-up This wheel barrow wheel represents extreme close-up because I zoomed in so you could see the dirt and tire lines and faintly see the rust in the background.

  4. Tree The tree represents simplicity because it is a simple tree, no decorations/lights/flowers. simplicity

  5. Blue Bonnet This blue bonnet represents balance because all the leaves are the same and it is all proportioned. balance

  6. Fire This is framing because you can see the three walls around the fire that are “ framing” the fire. Framing

  7. Apple Black and white This represents black and white because the photo was taken in black and white.

  8. Plant This plant represents line because the leaves of the plant are straight lines. Line

  9. American Flag This represents editing techniques because it was changed to a very dark black and white with a darker edge on the far right side. Editing techniques

  10. GrassColor This represents color because the grass has a very pretty green color.

  11. Sun Rise This sun rise represents lighting because the sun is producing a very pretty yellow/orange color light. Lighting
