  3. Diagnosis For Fibroids :- Ultrasound: If confirmation is needed, an ultrasound may be prescribed. Ultrasonography is the preferred initial mode of imaging. Sound waves are used to get a picture of the uterus to confirm the diagnosis and to measure fibroids. Lab tests: In case of abnormal menstrual bleeding, other tests may be suggested to investigate potential causes. These include a complete blood count (CBC) to check for anemia because of chronic blood loss, and other blood tests to rule out bleeding disorders or thyroid problems. Non-Surgical Treament of Fibroids :- There is a non-surgical alternative as well which has been found to be quite effective in the recent years which is known as Magnetic Resonance-guided Focused Ultrasound (MRgFUS).
