  1. AFFINITOR 10MG COMPRIMAT|MHP DESCRIERE Affinitor 10mg ste un derivat al Rapamicinei (sirolimus) și funcționează similar cu Rapamicina ca inhibitor mTOR (ținta mamiferului a rapamicinei). În mod normal este utilizat ca imunosupresor pentru a preveni respingerea transplanturilor de organe. În mod similar cu alți inhibitori mTOR, efectul Everolimus(Affinitor 10mg comprimat) este exclusiv asupra proteinei mTORC1 și nu asupra proteinei mTORC2.

INDICAŢIE •Affinitor 10mg comprimatsunt indicate în principal pentru tratamentul carcinomului renal. •Affinitor 10mg comprimatsunt indicate în principal pentru tratamentul carcinomului mamar. •Affinitor 10mg comprimat sunt indicate în principal pentru tratamentul carcinomului cerebral. •Affinitor 10mg este, de asemenea, utilizată în diferite cancer în stadiu avansat în stomac, intestine sau pancreas.
