  3. National Park Service The Workshop • Park Baseline • Based on your vision, what is the park doing now • Identify all action items to achieve this vision • Give these short (s), medium (m) and long term (lt) designations • Write these on board • Report back to the group

National Park Service The Workshop • Park Prioritization • Develop estimates for each item ($$$) and any partners/ obstacles you will encounter • Come to consensus on the top 2-3 things for your topic • Identify a champion for each of these • Identify how you will measure success • Write these on board

  5. National Park Service The Workshop • The Action Plan • Come to consensus on the top action item and why • Write these on board • Report this to management • Let management respond
