What Can You Do? • Create A Re-Entry Committee • Create Informational Packets About Your Program • Collect Data On: • All Offenders Returning To Your Community • Ineligible Offenders • Violations • Analyze Statistical Data & Reports • Access & Utilize Offender Case Management System (OCMS) • Be A Liaison At An IDOC Facility • Let Us Know What We Can Do To Improve The Process

New Program Initiatives • Create A CTP Work Group (Currently On Hold) • Development of Program Evaluation Process • Review & Revise Statutes • Increase Utilization Of Program • Update Contact List for Notifications • Development & Implementation of Conduct Adjustment Board/Disciplinary Hearing Training • Develop Facility Training • Develop Program Information Sharing System For Offenders & Facilities
