Emergency Regulations for Alternative Onsite Sewage Systems

That the Board shall, within 280 days, adopt regulations establishing performance requirements and horizontal setbacks necessary to protect public health and the environment for alternative systems permitted pursuant to the Board's regulations implementing this chapter.
