  1. How to Eat Healthily? The key to a healthier, disease-free life is proper nutrition. Eating properly is extremely important as it has a direct impact on your overall health. There are many ways you can choose a smart diet and this can help you maintain, lose, or gain weight. Eating a healthy diet will reduce your risk of obesity and, in some cases, being underweight. Eating a healthy diet is essential to getting the nutrients and fiber your body needs every day. This not only controls your weight but also strengthens your immunity, protecting you from various diseases. It also has a great impact on mental health. Natural, high-fiber foods have been shown to release happy hormones in the body and thus improve mood. It also helps us work better with more energy and less laziness. For example, an apple can increase adrenaline more than a cup of coffee. 1. Choose whole grains instead of refined for bread, rice, dal, etc. It has higher fiber content, a better source of Vit-B, protein, and mineral contents. 2. Include apple cider vinegar in your diet as it has various health benefits like improving gut health, improved blood sugar levels & insulin sensitivity, lower cholesterol levels, help to maintain blood pressure & boost natural immunity among many others. Apple cider vinegar in the Indian market is now readily available as well! 3. Studies comparing different eating speeds show that fast eaters are much more likely to eat more and have a higher body mass index (BMI) than slow eaters. Hence, SLOW DOWN! 4. Add Greek Yogurt to your diet as it is thicker and creamier. They have been strained to remove the excess milk. It is concentrated and hence has higher fat and protein content.
