Palbace 125 mg is used in the treatment of breast cancer. It is an anti-cancer drug. In India, breast cancer has overtaken cervical and oral cavity cancers and is the most common cancer and the leading cause of cancer deaths. Breast cancer often begins in cells in the milk ducts (invasive ductal carcinoma). Invasive lobular carcinoma is a type of breast cancer that begins in glandular tissue called lobules.   1. Palbace 125 - MrMed Palbace 125 mg is used in the treatment of breast cancer. It is an anti-cancer drug. In India, breast cancer has overtaken cervical and oral cavity cancers and is the most common cancer and the leading cause of cancer deaths. Breast cancer often begins in cells in the milk ducts (invasive ductal carcinoma). Invasive lobular carcinoma is a type of breast cancer that begins in glandular tissue called lobules. Breast cancer can also start in other cells or tissues in the breast. Palbace 125 MG Capsule is an anti-cancer medication used for the treatment of hormone receptor (HR) positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer. Common side effects include fatigue, infection, rash, anemia, hair loss, bleeding nose, diarrhoea, vomiting, nausea, blurred vision and dry eyes. Serious side effects from neutropenia, leukopenia, and pneumonia are also possible. This medication is an inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) 4 and 6. Cyclin D1 and CDK4/6 drive cell proliferation. It works by inhibiting proteins called cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6 and controlling cell growth and division.
