Providing You a Bold Winning Edge, Taking You Beyond Borders • Special Centres • The Academy has recently set up a number of Centres to further develop and promote International Trade by region and sectors. These centres are: • Centre for ASEAN Business Development • Centre for Women Exporters Development • Centre for Halal Business Development • Centre for Export Research and Development • These Centres are online based and have been organizing various programmes and activities to promote the Centres’ objectives. For instance the Centre for ASEAN Business Development aims to promote intra- trade and business networking among the ASEAN countries by organizing special workshops, trainings, forums, networking events and other activities. One such project is the India ASEAN Business Forum on 20 & 21 November 2013 in Kolkatta, India. • The Centre for Women Exporters Development works closely with the various women business organizations in Malaysia and also the Ministry of Women & Family Development to develop and promote women exporters. Now Everyone can Learn to Export
