  1. Some changes in your life which help to quit smoking Some small change in yourself will play huge role to leave this bad habit permanently. Think you can quit smoking Your thinking play huge role success in any work if you think you can be successful to quit smoking they you will be really successful otherwise if you think you can not be successful to quit this bad habit you will not be successful to quit this bad habit. Make a deadline to quit smoking By determine of quit smoking make a deadline to quit smoking and be strict about this and think you will be successful. Keep strict on it and avoid people who are smoker and influence to continue this habit for that day. Change your food habit Study shows that Other food habit like alcohol, fizzy drinks, col, chocolate, coffee and tea all makes cigarette taste better. So try to out of this food at the first stage of your quit time because this kind of food will influence you to take cigarette. Mix up with non smoking friends Start mixing up with non smokers friends when you take decision start to work on quit smoking. It is really helpful because we are highly influence by our friend to get smoking and continue with it. Write a list why quit smoking Write a list of your quit smoking reason in a paper keep it with yourself always when you are tempted to smoke then read from this paper and by this you can control yourself. So, stop smoking is not a hard task if we really want to quit it we just need conscious effort and will power. Best of luck all of you.
