  2. NEW YEARS COCKTAIL • The New Years Cocktail was created for MyBarkeeper by Austrian bartender Mateusz. As the name suggests, it was composed for the turn of the year. • The ingredients of the News Years Cocktail: • 1 part Prosecco • 1 part Martini Rosato • 1 part sweet soda • Frozen berries (optional, as a garnish) • Half a lemon (optional for garnish) • Ice cubes

CHRISTMAS MORNING - THE WINTER ESPRESSO MARTINI • THE INGREDIENTS OF THE CHRISTMAS MORNING - THE WINTER ESPRESSO MARTINI: • 3 cl Vodka e.g. Three Sixty (Mateusz's insider tip: Bourbon Whiskey) • 2 small espressos • 1 cl almond or peanut syrup • 2 cl Molinari Caffe • Nut shavings and cream as decoration (optional)

SELECT SPRITZ • Ingredients of the Select Spritz: • 3 parts of Prosecco • 2 parts Select Aperitivo • 1 splash of mineral water • ice • 1 green olive (for garnish) • The preparation: • Pour select, prosecco and soda water over ice in a glass. • Garnish with an olive and the Select Spritz is ready.

  5. CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL • The ingredients of the champagne cocktail: • Cane sugar cubes • a few dashes of Angustora Bitter • 2.5 cl Cognac e.g. Courvoisier VSOP • champagne • The preparation: • Pour cane sugar into the chilled glass. • Cover the sugar with Angustora Bitter. • Add cognac.
