  3. Scalable Points: The results is a map that can display up to 2000 points allowing you to view “patterns of data”. The map below shows homes in the Detroit Metropolitan area with a price of $1 million or more. From here the web visitor can click and drag to define a more detailed area of interest.

  4. Identifying Neighborhoods of Interest: This map below shows homes in the Detroit Metropolitan area with a price between $125k and 150K. 1,522 houses meet this criteria, all of which are displayed on the map. Additional criteria can be selected to further narrow the search. Additional criteria can be selected

  5. Color Coded House Icons: After zooming in on a neighborhood of interest and when less then 150 points are displayed on the map, the house icons become color coded indicating when the house was added to the MLS. Red – added less than 48 hours ago Yellow – 48 hours to a week ago

  6. Area Amenities and Services: A wide array of amenities and services can be added to the map.

  7. Roll-over: As usual, placing your mouse cursor on any map symbol provides summary information about the location; clicking on the symbols activates detailed information about the location.

  8. Map and List Tab: The map and list tab provides a map with numbered symbols with a “keyed” list of the houses below the map.

  9. Demographics Tab: For any map displayed, clicking on the demographic tab will provide detailed information about the ZIP code that corresponds to the center of the map. The information all so includes stats for the metro area, state, and Nation for comparison purposes.

  10. Area Info Tab: displays a symbolic keyed map displaying amenities and services in the area with an integrated listing below the map.

  11. Open House Tab: displays a keyed map displaying next weekends open houses in the area with an integrated listing below the map. This is particularly useful to print out and use to plan for weekend tours.

  12. School Map: This tab displays a symbolic keyed map displaying area schools with an integrated listing below the map including basic information about the school. This will be enhanced in the coming weeks to include color coded icons for private and public schools and for various grade levels. Additional information about the school will be added to the listing.

  13. Office locator: Included in the price of our services is an office locator that automatically scales the map to ensure at least one office is displayed on the map regardless of the distance from the entered address. After an address is entered a web page is displayed that includes a map and integrated listing of the area offices.

  14. Pricing: We offer fixed pricing based on the number of agents employed by the brokerage at the time of contract signing allowing you to fully take advantage of our services at one fixed price for all of our services.
