    5. Advantages of Heat Transfers Reduced Inventory Costs Heat transfers can be inventoried and applied on an as needed basis. This will reduce the printed inventory expenses and allow for quicker turn times. If an item becomes obsolete, heat transfers are less expensive than a printed garment to discontinue or discard. This allows you the ability to get in and out of trends more quickly.

    16. FAST TRANS FAST-TRANSTM - Insta's non-opaque ink transfer system, offers an extremely soft hand by dispensing a light layer of ink onto the substrate. Fast Trans colors look bright and brilliant on lights and whites and give a subdued, vintage effect on dark garments. Fast Trans can be used with halftones and looks great when used with distressed artwork. It is also terrific for printed labels. Works best on cotton, cotton blends and polyester.

    23. LITHO TRANSFERS A four-color process transfer which provides outstanding detail that cannot be duplicated by four-color process direct screen printing. FOR USE ON: 100% Cotton, Cotton Blends, and Polyester OPACITY: Excellent for all garment colors. FEATURES: 4-color process allowing limitless colors. Vintage look can be added to any design. Great detail. Has the 70's retro look and feel. Matte Litho transfers can be applied at home with an iron (Recommend 4" x 6" or smaller design for application with home iron). Pressure: 40 50 lbs. Preheat synthetics. Before peeling paper, rub hot transfers immediately with cloth to eliminate bubbles. Peel warm. Preheat synthetics 2-3 seconds. Peel cold. MAXIMUM SHEET SIZE: 19" x 25 MAXIMUM IMAGE AREA: 18" X 24 MAXIMUM NUMBER OF COLORS: 10 LINE WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Positive 1.5 or larger Negative 2.0 or larger HALFTONE: None ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The clear border extends 1/64" beyond the design. Insta must test all fabrics prior to quoting.

    29. LITHO SUBLIMATION A multi-color offset transfer that is undetectable to the touch. These transfer are run on an offset press and can hold excellent registration and detail. Can run spot color and 4-color process. FOR USE ON: 100% Polyester, nylon and synthetics. OPACITY: Poor; Use on whites and light colored garments only. FEATURES: Very soft hand. Feels like part of the fabric. Holds excellent detail. Great for athletic uses. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Temperature: 400F / 205C Time: 25 seconds Pressure: 40 lbs. Peel Hot. For consistent colors, use consistent time and temperature during application. The garment will continue to sublimate with prolonged application. MAXIMUM SHEET SIZE: 25" X 38 MAXIMUM IMAGE AREA: 24" X 36 LINE WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS: n/a HALFTONE: 150 lines per inch ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Sublimation does not work well on dark grments. Matching PMS colors 100% is not possible in sublimation printing due to the type of inks used in offset printing.
