UMB Multidisciplinary Clinical Research Career Development Program • CRS’s appointed as junior faculty members • Will be appointed in Dental, Medicine, Nursing & Pharmacy Schools • MAC – includes faculty from all Schools, the IHV and TIGR • Compliments GCRC, K30, Epi K12 and other training awards ….. Pending T90

  3. UMB Multidisciplinary Clinical Research Career Development Program • Helps position UMB for recently announced Clinical & Translational Science Award (CTSA) - will combine many existing programs currently awarded as separate initiatives

  4. UMB Multidisciplinary Clinical Research Career Development Program • Formal recruiting to begin shortly • US Citizens or permanent residents • doctorate or PhD degree or its equivalent • No prior NIH support except T or F series awards • supported for two to five years • minimum of two primary mentors
