  1. About Kyiv Medical University, Ukraine Kyiv Medical University is a public university in the city of Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. Currently, the university has over 1,100 students who want to become successful physicians. Tumanov is a distinguished member of the Academics and Acting Rector of the Viktor Andreevich University. The university was established in 1992. Originally a private university for students in the countries of the Soviet Union, it has taught over 12,000 students in medical courses to contribute to the betterment of society. Kyiv Medical University is known for two main areas of medicine developed in scientific research. KMU offers MBBS courses to local and foreign students. SMEs have joint research centers and partnership relations with various logistical institutions in the former USSR and around the world. The education system in Ukraine has been updated and is completely based on modern and advanced standards which are prevalent in European countries.
