  1. How Does the PackQueen Ordering Process Work?

  2. A customer can place an order through us in a few different ways. They can call us, inquire about the products and we can organize some stock recommendations for them. From there, if they wanted to place an order, we can take their order through email or they can simply follow the links on our website and check out online. We recommend requesting a sample of the box that you are wanting to buy in bulk to ensure that it is suitable for your needs as we don't accept any exchanges or returns for change your mind purposes. Ordering online through our website is easy. Simply add the products that you are wanting to order to your cart and checkout once. We've received your order you will receive an order confirmation just confirming that we've received your order. You will receive an order number and all details. As soon as your order is ready, if you've chosen Warehouse collection will give you a call for collection.

  3. Otherwise, when your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so we notify you every step of the way. If you've ordered manufactured products as a lot of our products made to order they can take five to 10 working days to manufacture. We will let you know as soon as your order is placed. It is through our website as well, so you have a rough idea of lead times. Once you received your order, you will need to assemble your products. As most of our products are supplied flat, they require simple assembly. We do have easy-to-follow folding instructions online that you can watch. Otherwise, just give us a call and we can run through that on the phone with you.
