Application Details • Fill Station • Feed Line from Trucks to On-Site Storage Tank • Filled 2 to 3 times per week • Temp = 75 to 85 F • Pressure = 20 Psi or Less • Underground Transport to Acid Building • Continuous Feed: 1600 Gallons/day = 67 gallons/hour = 1.1 gallons/minute • All Pipe Dual Contained • Line Size: 2” – 4” Depending on facility • Temp = 75 to 85 F • Pressure = Gravity Feed to 30 psi • Acid Building • Increase pressure to 50 to 110 psi • Line Size = ½” – 2” • Temperature = 85 F • Dual Contained leaving Acid Building up to Injection Well • Injection Well • Pressure = 50 to 110 psi • Water line is at 50 to 75 psi • Temperature is normally 85 F • Temperature will spike to 180 F when acid injection stops. Water will fill Acid line and create Exothermic reaction • Acid • 93 – 98.9% H2S04 with SO3 • Temp: See Above • Pressure: See Above RO Pretreatment For more Information: Please click here and complete the contact form
