Construccin y mantenimiento de una plataforma de dilogo con actores relevantes: Mantener y consolidar el liderazgo del CCE en esta materia a travs de CESPEDES Impulso y apoyo a la construccin de un marco de polticas (dilogo con legisladores y otros actores) que de certidumbre a las acciones para mitigar el cambio climtico Impulso a la transicin energtica
