Help them off-load complete burden. Align their operations as per Indian practices, employment and labor laws, provide necessary advisory as/when required. EOR-PEO – Off roll employees • Standard Activities :- • Help place clients’ temp/contractual staffs on Paysquare’s payroll • Manage entire employer obligations as per the Indian Employment, Labor & Compliance Laws • Pass all benefits and compensation as per client’s policies • Off-load all hassle from Clients and process payroll and compliances • Assist Client with all reconciliation and reports • Facilitate and provide office infrastructure related services • Assistance on recruitment and hiring solutions • Efficiency report is sent on monthly basis to track our performance against the agreed SLA Value Additions:- • In order to ensure easy employee hiring and generate trust & employment security for the Client’s employees, Paysquare is also able to offer/provide (on Client’s request) • - Full-time & permanent employment contracts to Client’s employees • - Co-Employment model – where Contracts, Pay-slips etc. will also bear Client’s Logo

On-boarding and Payroll • Issue offer and appointment letter (as per Client’s guidelines and ensuring relevance to Indian Laws) • Issue all other HR manuals & policies as per Client’s guidelines • Finalizing most tax & employer friendly CTC (salary break-up) for the client • Medical and Accidental policy (group/individual) as per client’s requirement • Commence the on-boarding (collection of employee mandatory documents and data for HR records) • Setting up the payroll account in Paysquare’s system including Payroll Cycle along with SLA & TAT • Roll out Employee and Client Admin web portal • Monthly payroll and compliances activity • Payroll MIS & reconciliation report to clients • Full and Final Settlement • Providing Relieving Letter • Carrying out Clearance

Features of ESS Portal & CSS Portal • We provide portal access to employees and client’s admin for ease of access, few important features are as under:- • It is a 24*7 interactive communication channel for employees to access their (a) Payslips (b) Reimbursement & Loan balances and other payroll transaction • Payroll Reimbursement • Query management • Polling • Central repository of HR-Employee policies & handbooks, upload employee letters etc. • Single sign on with Intranet • Running messages • Admin login (CSS) HR/Finance can access 20+ reports for across employees.

Individual terminals have no storage capability • Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and firewalls are installed on servers • 500seater office in Pune and 300 seater in Mysore. Both sites connected through VPN to ensure seamless delivery • Power back up in terms of DG and UPS • Complex password policy in place • Only the assigned employee can access data of client company • All our employees have signed NDA.
